Terrace of 4 houses some with ground floor shops. Mid C18,
with C19 and C20 alterations. Red/brown brick with pantile
roof with brick coped gables to each end. 2 gable stacks, the
right-hand one reduced, and single ridge stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attics. 12-bay front with 1st floor
brick band, moulded fascia. To ground floor No 14 retains its
pair of glazing bar sashes. 6-panelled door with C20 doorcase
and hood. To left a C20 shop window and doorway. To right a
C19 shop front and early C19 panelled door and door surround.
Beyond a C20 panelled door and door surround with C20 3-light
shop front with fascia and cornice. To 1st floor 6 glazing bar
sashes to left and 6 plain sashes to right. All windows have
brick segmental arches. To the roof are 7 leaded dormer
windows, with casement or small glazing bar sash.
To the rear single storey kitchen blocks.
INTERIOR: these properties retain narrow stick baluster
stairs, and panelled doors.
