House and shop. c1830. Yellow stock brick, stucco, hipped
slate roof with 2 wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2-bay front. To ground floor a
contemporary shop front, with a central pair of doors,
half-glazed, with overlight and pilasters with plain capitals.
Flanked by 2-light shop windows which return down the sides.
Plain fascia supported at each end by a plain pilaster.
Rendered plinth. To 1st floor a pair of tall sashes with
splayed stucco lintels. To 2nd floor 2 smaller similar
windows.
The right return has a half-glazed door set in a plain
pilastered surround with small hood on scrolled brackets.
Above is a tall semicircular-headed stair window.
To right a single small segmental-headed opening to 3 floors.
Left return and rear are in red brick.
