TG 10 SE MULBARTON THE COMMON (south-side) 2/25 Mulbarton Hall
- II
C18 and later. Colour-washed brick to north facade mainly render to south. Pantiled roofs. 2 storeys with attic and cellar. 6 bay original, slightly advanced, centre section of sash windows with wide glazing bars. Central raised and fielded panelled door with an eared and pedimented doorcase with pulvinated frieze. Bracketed cornice with parapet above. Plain 2-bay pediment rises from parapet containing a small sash window. C19 symmetrical side additions with plate glass sashes yet similar cornices. Single-storey flat roofed bay projects from western side addition. South facade of 5 bays of C19 sashes with 2 single storey canted bays. Central doorway similar to northern. Cl9 pedimented south- ward projection to east. Bracketed cornice and parapet. Conservatory to east.
