Former house, now flats. C19. Rendered with rusticated ground floor and long and short quoins. Black pantile roof. Two storeys. Three irregularly spaced first floor windows. Door to right side with attached Tuscan columns and partly reeded frieze: Sash windows throughout with glazing bars: reticulated keystone at ground floor and moulded surrounds at first floor. Roof hipped at east end.
