House. c.1780 and 1832.
Brick, partly colourwashed, with black pantiled roof. Double pile plan. Front range is addition. 2 storeys. 8 bays with unevenly spaced sash windows under flat heads all with glazing bars. Bays 3-4 contain single storey porch of timber, glazed between corner pilasters. Stone quoins close elevation. Low parapet obscures gabled roof with central and flanking ridge stacks. Intersecting arched Gothick window to gable ends. Rear range of 2 storeys and attic. Central full height bow with 3 sashes per storey. Parapet with string course.
To left is original house c.1780. 3 sashes to each storey under segmental gauged arches. Dentiled eaves cornice. Gabled roof with low parapet on kneelers. To right of bay 1832 Tuscan Order porch with flat entablature. 2 sashes on ground, 3 on first floor. Dentiled eaves cornice. Gabled roof with internal gable stacks. East gables both with tumbling.
Wall with swept centre runs east, returning to partially enclose garden.
