Detached house. C17. Square-panelled timber framing with painted brick infill. Red tile roof with early brick stacks. 'L'-shaped plan to main body with small outbuilding attached via lean-to at rear. C20 wooden lean-to painted to imitate timber framing at right gable end, not of special interest. Main body; one and a half storeys with a C20 two-light dormer with glazing bars from the eaves. Two large two-light casements with glazings to the ground floor. C20 studded plank door to a projecting C20 porch painted to imitate timber framing left of centre of garden front.
Outbuilding attached at rear with steps up to plank door to loft.
Interior not inspected.
