SOUTHOLME 1. 5315 (North Side) Nos 1 and 3 SK 8189 1/25 II GV
2. Including No 70 Beaumont Street. Late C18 row of 3 houses in painted and red brick with new asbestos hipped pantile roof. 3 storeys. 6 windows and 1 blocked to right, stone rusticated lintels with keystone, casements to top floor, hung sashes to 1st and ground floor, without glazing bars. Ground floor has 3 windows and late C19 and modern shop front to angle at right. Plinth. 2 panelled and ribbed door surrounds with paterae and cornice hoods, doors of 6 panels, 4 glazed, and fanlights in round arches. Egyptian style columns to shop door in angle. Paired brackets at eaves. Beaumont Street elevation has 2 hung sash windows with glazing bars. 1 window to ground and doorcase as to Nos 1 and 3, with radiating fanlight and door of 6 panels.
Nos 1 and 3 Southholme form a group with No 70 Beaumont Street.
