Also known as: Nos.114 AND 116 FREDERICK PLACE West Lynn.
Pair of houses within terrace. Early C19. Irregularly coursed carstone with gault-brick dressings. Roof of concrete corrugated tiles. 2 storeys, irregular bays, No.114 with wider front. Central doors under round arches, C20 flat-topped timber porch to 114, gabled similar porch to No.116. No.114 with one pointed-arched casement right and left (the former boarded), No.116 with a similar window to right only. One identical casement to first floor of each. Evenly spaced under eaves are 4 gault-brick blind slit lights. In centre is a painted plaster clasped hand. Immediately below are 3 roundels containing (left to right) a sheaf of corn, an anchor and a plough, all of painter plaster. Gabled roof with ridge stack at division of properties, and end-stacks shared with adjoining houses.
