Pair of houses. Late C18, converted to 4 flats late C20. Flint with gault brick dressings and gault brick facade. Roofs of black-glazed pantiles. 2 storeys and dormer attic. Three 8/8 sashes to ground floor, that to right without horns. To right of elevation is a 6-panelled door (opening into former No.8) with a metope block entablature to doorcase and an open pediment. 3-vaned fanlight. To left (former No.10) is an early C19 serpentine shop front consisting of a glazed door to left of a bowed display window with 8 by 4 glazing bars. Fluted architrave and plain frieze above encloses doorway. Four 8/8 sashes to first floor, one with horns. All sashes with gauged skewback arches. Dentil eaves cornice with shallow parapet. Gabled roof in 2 pitches. 2 flat-topped dormers. Re-built internal gable-end stack to north-west. INTERIOR not inspected.
