Formerly known as: No.13A TANNER STREET.
House, then garage, now shop. Early C16 greatly altered 1991.
Timber-framed with flint and brick infill under a pantiled
roof. Rendered and whitewashed. 2 storeys. Ground floor
rebuilt re-using studs to left. Arched brace to jetty
bressumer stands on a roll-moulded wall post with capital. Two
C20 copies to right. One C20 and one C19 window to first
floor. Gabled roof with reduced internal gable-end stack to
south. Rebuilt gault brick returns. 2 storey cross wing to
rear also with C20 details. INTERIOR: wave-moulded bridging
beams and joists to ground floor.
