House and shop, now offices. Late C16, re-skinned early C19, converted to offices C20. Flint with gault brick dressings and gault brick facade. Roof of pantiles, black-glazed to front. 2 storeys in 3 irregular bays. 6-panelled door right of centre under curvilinear fanlight and open segmental pediment. Fielded reveals. To left of elevation is a late C19 glazed shop front with a side entrance. One sash right of main door with 6/6 glazing bars and a gauged skewback arch. 3 similar first-floor sashes. Dentil eaves cornice and gabled roof. Internal gable-end stacks north and south. North gable partly rebuilt. Rear wing of 2 storeys and attic fenestration of casements. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stack to east. INTERIOR: stick baluster staircase with wreathed handrail. Rear wing retains C16 roof with diminished principals, clasped purlins and arched collars, of which one remains.
