2. Early Cl9 facade. Stuccoed with quoins and tiled roof. 2 storeys, 5 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor has 2 later 3-light windows. Good perch with 2 Doric pillars and heavy hood with cornice and small blocking course. Additional eastern doorway with pilasters and heavy cornice above. Attached red brick slate roofed former stables with stucco dressings also forms part of group. 2 storeys 3 windows. Advanced western bay has semi-circular window set under shallow gable.

Bay Trees Restaurant, Nos 10 to 16 (even), and No 20 and Nos 22 and 28 (buildings of local interest) form a group.
