1. 5281 RADNOR CLIFF (South Side) SANDGATE Nos 20, 22A and 22B No 22C TR 2135 SW 6/216 II GV 2. Mid Cl9 pair. 2 to 3 storeys and basement colourwashed. Hipped tiled roof. 2 altered windows. Stringcourses between floors. Venetian shutters to No 20. Simple doorcases with cornices. They have been modernized by the addition of ceramic plaques and Hispanic arch but are included for group value.
Nos 6 to 22 (even) form a group.
