Villa, now public house, with yard wall attached. c1800. Coursed squared stone with painted ashlar dressings. Concrete tiled roof to front range, Welsh slate to rear ranges, with yellow brick chimneys and octagonal yellow pots. U-plan with yard wall linking rear wings. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Central renewed 6-panel door with sidelights and wide overlight in corniced plain stone surround, with pediment-shaped top with acroteria. Flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills to sashes, most renewed, with glazing bars. Hipped roof has ridge chimneys. Left return has 2 windows each floor. Lower rear wing has 3 windows, and boarded door in plain stone surround. Right return similar windows and no door. Rear elevation shows high elliptical arch with keyed voussoirs in yard wall with flat stone coping.
