Farmhouse. C17 with addition and refronting of 1747 with C20 addition. Coursed greenstone rubble with deeper squared courses, ashlar quoins and brick dressings, slate roofs with stone coped gables, 3 brick stacks, one gable, one ridge and one wall. L- plan. 2 storey with garret, 3 bay front having central C20 glazed double doors covered by large C20 porch, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first floor 3 similar windows. All windows have segmental brick heads. Over the door is a stone inscribed 'G H 1747' with 3 C19 medieval style heads. To the right hand corner is a partially defaced 1747 datestone re-used as a quoin. To right hand side wall is a projecting C14 corbel head with short hair and band, features defaced. Interior has one deeply moulded beam, and a late C17 turned baluster staircase with moulded handrail and knopped newel.
