Visit Grant-Aided Places
We provide grants to help conserve historic places throughout England. These include listed buildings, scheduled monuments and designed landscapes. Many grant-aided places are required to open to the public as a condition of their grant.
The extent of public access varies from one property to another. Some are open throughout the year, some on certain days only, and others provide public access only by prior arrangement. In some cases access may be limited to certain parts of the building or site.
We will soon be providing descriptions of all of these properties as well as their individual opening arrangements so that you can search for places of interest.
