Terrace houses. Mid C19. Three storeys plus basement. Ground floor channelled stucco, 2 windows each plus door with semi-circular fanlight. 1st and 2nd floors, stock brick, 2 windows with stucco architraves and cast and wrought iron balconies to 1st floor. Simple stucco cornice. Railings to street. Similar but not identical to formal group.
