7/16 Lawn Hall (formerly listed as 1.2.67 Lawn Hill House)
GV II
House. Late C17, with late C18 alterations, and C20 additions. Limestone ashlar and brick, with plain tile roofs, and 2 ridge stacks plus 2 gable stacks. Chamfered ashlar plinth. 2-storey, 3-bay main house with 2 single bay additions to the east. Off-centre doorway, with 6-panel door and radial overlight in a wooden pilaster surround. To the right a single canted bay window with glazing bar sashes. Eitherside are single tripartite glazing bar sashes with ashlar wedge lintels with keystones. Above 3 similar tripartite sashes. Beyond to the left the 2-storey addition has a 3-light glazing bar casement and a C20 glazing bar window above. Beyond again a single C20 casement. Interior contains a single exposed chamfered spine beam, and a late C18 stick baluster staircase.
