Facilities Assistants play a crucial role in making sure the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis for our colleagues and visitors. You will work straight shifts between our core office hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday. You will demonstrate your excellent customer service and problem solving skills as you perform reception duties including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and assisting colleagues with any queries. You will also perform mail room duties, set up meeting rooms, manage stationery ordering, book couriers and will ensure facilities are regularly inspected, taking corrective action where needed. You will be required to utilise your skills with MS packages such as Word and Excel and any experience of using CAFM or room booking software would be an advantage.
