Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreements and Local Listed Building Consent Orders
We work with local authorities and owners to set up Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreements and, as well as being a consultee, can also be a party to an agreement.
We also support the creation of Local Listed Building Consent Orders and provide views on Certificates of Lawfulness of Proposed Works where required.
We are a consultee on all agreements affecting Grade I and Grade II* buildings and those which affect local authority owned listed buildings, but will consider offering advice on the preparation of all agreements and orders.
