Woodlands School, Coventry, West Midlands

The Main Block at Woodlands School was built in 1952-57 by the City Architects Department with the Ministry of Education Development Group. It was built using a steel frame with precast concrete panels. The Woodlands School was an experimental design project, and an early example of a purpose-built comprehensive school.
