Slough Railway Station, Slough

Several steam trains standing at the station platforms, with the Victorian station buildings in the background.Slough Station booking hall, booking office and travel centre were built in 1882. The Great Western Railway from London to Bristol was built in the 1830s and the first Slough Station opened in 1840. The present station is the fifth one and was built when the number of lines was increased.
