Old Customs House, Liverpool, Merseyside

This view was taken from near the Albert Dock. It shows the Customs House which was built on the site of Liverpool's first dock. The customs house was badly damaged during WW2 and was demolished in the 1960s. The site is now (2011) occupied by the Liverpool One shopping development. The masts of large sailing ships can be seen in the Salthouse Dock.
