Great Deptford Farmhouse, Chittlehampton, Devon

Great Deptford Farmhouse has a dairy and a cider house attached to it. It dates back to the late medieval period. It was altered in the late 16th and early to mid 17th centuries. It was given a new roof in the late 19th century. The farmhouse and its outbuildings are built in a line which is common in Devon. The cider house is also a local feature as cider making is an important industry in the county.
