Former Warehouse, Rutland Street, Leicester

This warehouse was built in 1923 by Fosbrooke and Bedingfield of Leicester. It was built as a leather warehouse for the Pfister and Vogal Company. It is reputed to be a replica of the firm's headquarters in Philadelphia.
