Former Hosiery Warehouse, King Street, Leicester

This building was originally a hosiery warehouse. It was built in c1845, probably by William Flint of Leicester for the noted hosiery (socks and stockings) manufacturer, Richard Harris. It was altered and extended many times. It was used as a hosiery warehouse by Pool, Lorrimer & Tabberer from c1890-c1970.
