Looking across Fitzalan Square towards the Post Office and the Birmingham District and Counties Bank. There are two electric trams in the foreground, the number 40 which has arrived in the Suqare and passengers boarding the number 22 for Newhall Road. Electric trams first started to run in Sheffield from 1899.
