Entrance Lodge of Arboretum, Arboretum Square, Derby

The Arboretum was given to the town by Joseph Strutt and was laid out by Loudon in 1840. This entrance Lodge was designed by the architect, Duesbury around 1850. The decorative monument in the centre contains a stone statue of Strutt.
