35 Wardwick, Derby

This house is known as the 'Jacobean House' and is dated 1677. It was Derby’s first brick building and home to the Gisbourne family. Part of it was demolished in 1852 when a new street was built. It is reputed to be one of the most haunted buildings within the city of Derby, with approximately 14 ghosts.
