Richard Moore

I originally trained as an architect/planner, including in the 1960's under the designer of Liverpool's listed Piazza Fountain, Richard Huws. After completing a Ph.D., I became R & D architect to the City of Leicester, before joining the then DOE, working on various aspects of housing policy . On retiring from the Civil Service, I became an independent consultant mainly in the fields of energy efficiency and fuel poverty, until fully retiring in early 2018. .
