House, now divided into flats. 1900-1903. Architect A.Faulkner, builder William Willett. Surrey vernacular style. Red brick. Tile hung attic and first floor, steeply pitched clay tile roofs with overhanging eaves and bargeboards, tall brick stacks. L-plan with short entrance range projecting right. 2 storeys plus attic, 2:1:2 bays, mullion and mullion and transom windows with many paned casements, 2 gabled bays left, large gable covering 2-bay entrance range right, 3-light windows in gable ends, flat roofed dormer on left return of entrance wing, first floor 2-storey canted bay in second bay left, 3 windows under continuous hoodmould with panels between end bays right giving access onto balcony of canted bay beside entrance, another canted bay end bay left, round-arched head entrance to recessed porch, original arch head door, panelled with stained glass lights. Part of a good group with Nos 9-11 (consec) (qv). (Hove Borough Council Records).
