National Heritage Protection Plan 2011-15

Year-end report May 2011 - March 2012

The National Heritage Protection Plan (NHPP) is a carefully prioritised yet far-reaching strategic plan for the protection of England's heritage. English Heritage collates progress on the plan and reports this twice yearly. In this, the annual report for the year May 2011 to March 2012, we present progress for this year measured against the protection results we aim to achieve.

The report is divided into two sections. The first is the Overview, providing a general summary, some noteworthy highlights and case studies and other news relating to the implementation. The second section, the Activity Programme sets out in more detail the progress against each of the year’s agreed Activities.
