Our office is largely accessible for visitors with mobility, hearing and/or visual impairments.


There are three designated disabled parking spaces immediately outside the main glazed reception area. Please check with your meeting host in advance of arrival.

Access and facilities

Please report to reception on the ground floor. Brooklands has two disabled lifts. There is capacity to hold meetings on the ground floor.

Portable induction loops are available. Please advise your host if you have mobility or hearing issues so that arrangements can be made in advance of arrival.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Dog bowls are available on request from reception and dogs may be exercised in the enclosed walled garden and/or in the car park.
